I’m Dakota Selby, and I founded Selby’s Farrier Service, LLC, to bring reliable, highly educated hoof care to barns across Eastern North Carolina. After graduating from Casey & Sons Horseshoeing School, I knew that true craftsmanship required continuous learning. That’s why I earned my AF-1 credentials through the International Association of Professional Farriers and stay active in the American Farriers Association.
Whether I am working on a young horse getting its first trim, a high-performance athlete needing custom hot shoes, or a complex therapeutic case requiring specialized plates, I treat every animal with the patience it deserves.
